Our Refund Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of our products and our strict quality standards, we have specific requirements for returns. Please note that for safety reasons, any returned baby food products must be destroyed, which results in significant food waste. We encourage you to order carefully.
Eligibility
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unopened and in its original, sealed packaging.

In the same condition that you received it.

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged parcel, please contact us immediately at enquiries@kendamil.com with photos of the damage. In accordance with Canadian consumer protection laws, if an item is confirmed defective, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional shipping cost to you.
Shipping Your Return
To return a product (for non-defective reasons), please contact our team for a return authorization and the correct Canadian return address. For change-of-mind returns, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items may not be eligible for return. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for products purchased through third-party retailers or international forwarding services.
