If warmed, check temperature on wrist before feeding. Never prepare the baby's bottle in advance. For hygiene reasons, discard unfinished milk within 1 hour from when feeding begins. Once opened, unused milk still in the original bottle must be refrigerated immediately and used within 24 hours.

1. Wash hands and sterilise all utensils according to manufacturers instructions.

2. Check best before date and then shake bottle well.

3. Pour the required amount of milk into a sterilised feeding bottle.

3. Serve at room temperature, or warmed if desired. If warmed, check temperature of feed.
